I am not the Best at Exercising, bought lots of Equipment over the years, but most landed up as coat racks or big dust collectors until I sold them or just gave them away,  laughing…. But I have always been a Walker, not a jogger or marathon runner but just an average every day Walker, and to me that is good Exercise.  At first every ouch of energy is needed to get me out the door & then as I pace myself, I can slowly start to walk. If I keep going every day it feels better, & really starts feeling better the more I do it,  but somewhere I procrastinate and stop for a bit and have to start the process all over again, this is a constant merry go round, but yet if I don’t try, I never will, so to me its better to keep starting and moving forward with each and every step, instead of never taking that first step.  And being in the Fresh Air really opens up my mind & it is such a calming serene frame and creative thoughts flow or at times problems I am dealing with seem to resolve themselves with answers as I walk & walk & walk.  So to me Walking is good Exercise for my Mind and Body.
