Good Morning World.  Now the aching starts as I slowly climb out of my nice cozy bed.  Where did I ever know that when you reach a certain age the nerves press up against your bones and as they are squeezed the pain slowly filters up to your brain for an ouch, ache and double ouch.

Now that I head towards the Kitchen to reach for that nice cup of morning coffee I slowly greet the new day with a half smile.  It’s still dark out but sunrise will make its way soon.  There is something about seeing the sun rise in the morning of a new day that automatically makes you smile.

Everything is anew for a moment and if you go through the day and keep capturing that time in my mind, the day does move along nicely.  But will all good things in the balance of Life not all day bring good no matter how nice they start off.

Have you ever wondered as you are sipping your coffee how many people don’t have that treat and some are hungry and cold.  I know growing up we always heard that but the thing is that even in these days so many are still feeling the pain of life.  

So what should I do today as my bones are now oiled and starting to move more than just like a robot?   A walk by the Lake, visit a new place, read a novel, watch tv or write in their Journal as I am doing.

When you are older its not that the things you do are less important than going to work, they just change and drift to other things.

How many people have told you “Oh you have all day to do nothing”. ?  Not exactly true in many ways.  Maybe you pace yourself or move slowly but your day is filled with task after task.  Now if you want to rate them ok, maybe they are not up on the scale of some younger people but for a senior citizen your task are all top grade and pushing the bar higher all the time.

I have a choice to clean the house or go outside and enjoy Nature, now what do you think my choice is?   Of course walking is good and to really  enjoy moments of peace and happiness in nature.  No brainer for me on what my choice will be. Rainy Days are made to clean… Laughing 🙂

Are you taking the time to enjoy your day?  Or are you running through Life being busy to be busy?   I know at the moment you think its all important but as you reach a certain age where you finally realize Life is a Gift to enjoy every day than your mindset changes and you slow up just a bit at a time day after day to really smell the flowers and see the beauty around you.

It’s been a long time since I wrote here and I always wonder why it takes so long. Maybe Life gets busy and somehow the days just go by, but I am here now and hopefully will start writing more.

Have you ever thought of the Happy Memories that you were a part of? Enjoying them over and over again in your mind with a Smile?

And as each New Day can bring New Beginnings have you ever wondered what is to be? Especially I think that as you grow older and count your Blessings you want someone else to maybe remember you with Happy Memories one day and give them a Smile.

It’s not always the easiest to grow older, there are so many things that change and although you pace yourself you may still need to pace a little bit slower. And as everyone’s lives are busy around you just sometimes you want to wave and scream and say “Hey here I am, do you care about what I care about?” But I think with age comes wisdom and you realize that everyone has a busy life and sometimes there is not too much time for you.

So I am here going to share with all of you thoughts and adventures of my Life and that way maybe you can share with me parts of your Lives too. I will take the time to listen for those thoughts are filled with many priceless treasures of Special Intangible Gifts to be enjoyed and shared.

Good Morning World…

Do you ever wake up aching and pain reaches down to your toes? This started for me as when one pain goes away another pops up. A sign of age and wearing out and yes I do feel like “Oh No” but then the process starts as to what to do to fix it this time.

How many of us wonder as years go by “Fixing Life” is what we do from one thing to the next? I get tired and exhausted but yet I kick myself for pitying me on Life and move forward enjoying Life.

My Daughter taught me long ago with her Wise Words. “Live Life and Don’t let Life Live YOU”. I repeat this daily and refuse to give up so with each new Pain I find a way to lessen it and know my mind can direct my energy to maintain it to a level where it does not ruin my day.

I may not be able to do some things I did, but I can do lots of new things in a different way. I have left my writing and talents fall by the side and maybe its time to dust them off and pull them off and start again and again as long as I can. What do you think?

I have been up early due to pain in leg by 5am so I have had plenty of morning to work the pain away and watch a Beautiful Sunrise so there is Beauty everywhere as I have mentioned as the colors in the sky in the morning are so pretty as a new day starts as the Birds sing and I realize how Thankful I am to be able to enjoy it all.

Onward to Push Health again today but stretches my bones and eating a healthy meal later.

I hope everyone has thoughts to share so we can all see that we are not alone with Life as we age but rather bound together with the same things that may be different but the same too.

Good Morning World and what a Beautiful Day it’s going to me. Not because of something but because of someone one and that is YOU. YOU can make a difference in a world where there is so much going on that it makes your head spin. But don’t ever believe that you can’t do something for even if you Share a Smile with someone, that still may be the Smile someone needs to get through a hard day and its YOU that made the difference to them.

So take that first step and share some Happiness with Faith, Hope & Love in your Heart. And that will be a Beautiful Gift you give and receive with every breath of your inner self and positive aura energy.

My Picture here was taken on a pretty day and I just stumbled on it and stopped to enjoy it for a few minutes for it was so serene and calming and I hope it can give you a smile and let’s you know that we all stumble on beauty every day, we just need to stop and breath it all in for a moment in time.

Today is going to be a Good Day for how can it not be? Waking up and listening to the Birds, seeing the Sunrise or just breathing in the morning air will always start a good day if you let it.

How many people miss the little things that really are the most Beautiful Things to see and feel? I have morning coffee and while the Birds are singing I think to myself how Thankful I am to feel all that.

Even though I don’t know what the day is ahead, I do know that I can give it the Best helping hand by just smiling and enjoying this moment of it.

Remember You are never alone and there is always Strength to be given to you when YOU Believe.

Good Morning, today is the Day after Valentine’s Day. I think you don’t need Valentine’s Day to see and feel the Love around You every day. It first starts with YOU and Your Heart, that feeling inside that lets you enjoy the Day. Some of us had that Special Someone & some Didn’t, but I Believe its Not that Special Someone but anywhere and everywhere you feel Love.

Family, Grandchildren, Animals & the List goes on to be Thankful for that little extra Love you receive from all, especially when you need it on hard days.

You never have to feel alone when you reach inside you with Happy Memories or push yourself to do something you enjoy. Your Talent is always inside you to give you that feel good. So whatever it is I hope you take time to watch it bloom and grow into a Beautiful Passion from inside you to enjoy.
